Looking for a wi-fi file transfer program

I'm looking for an program that can transfer files between two wi-fi enabled devices.

If there's cross platform app/program available for that, that's better.

The bottom line is, I want an app/program that can transfer files between two PCs or PC to smartphones via wi-fi.

So where is that thing?
