It's been quite a while now since we last had a public preview build of Windows 10 for phones to play with, however it appears a number of people are able to get access to newer, more refined builds. A leaked video of Windows 10 for phones build 12534 gives us a closer look at what we can expect in the upcoming insider build, which is expected to arrive sometime next week, or possibly earlier.

The video highlights the new, universal Outlook app as well as Project Spartan. It also shows off a number of other changes and improvements that have been made since build 9941 dropped. You can check out the video via the embedded player seen below:

Last week, Gabe Aul gave a little insight to insiders about the current situation with Windows 10 for phones, providing a list of possibly supported devices. The majority of Lumia devices were present on the list, however the 930 was not. Aul said this was to do with a bug unique to the 930, and if it could get fixed in time for the next release, then they'd definitely include it in the list of supported devices.

If the video above is anything to go by, the upcoming insider preview is going to include a number of new features and enhancements which we've been waiting to test since January.
