This page: http://releasenotes.utorrent.com/customer/portal/articles/1584967-current-stable-releasestates that the latest version is 3.4.2.39744, BUT the link on that same page (http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/complete/os/win/track/stable) gets the older version (3.4.2.38913), from feb-19.
