andy2004
I just dont get it with all these Portable posts, for a program that is already portable.just put the xyplorer.ini file in the same folder as xyplorer.exe the ini file contains the registered info.flash drive > I have a folder name Xyplorer > with all the files from the installed version. all i did was copy the xyplorer.ini into it.Theres even a portable verison on the website. download extract and type in your registered info and it will create that ini file in the same folder. Why use a 3rd party APP to create it. Makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Makes no sense to me whatsoever.I didn't make the PAF portables, I'm just sharing them with the community. If you don't want to download them then simply ignore the post.As I have already mentioned in a few other threads with similar comments, the portable is in PortableApps.com Format and some people may prefer it that way. I use a launcher much like the PortableApps.com Platform. I would rather my portables be in PAF because then I can simply install them into the same folder as the rest of my portables, the launcher will recognize the portable programs launcher and then an entry will be automatically created in the menu. Otherwise, I'd have to manually add the entry by browsing to it's location and I don't feel like doing that for every portable. Also I am a bit OCD and if all of my portables are not in the same format/structure then it bugs the crap out of me.I apologize if you do not appreciate my contributions to this forum but I must politely inform you that your opinion does not concern me. If you want it, download it. Don't want it? Then keep scrolling.
