How To Uninstall Old Windows Updates

yesterday i manually downloaded patch KB3023607 64 bit for Windows7 and tried to install. but it was already installed in February during patch Tuesday. i thought this new one is revised version of previous KB3023607. so i uninstalled previous and tried to install this new one. but Windows says this patch is not applicable on this system and system is up to date. i rescanned for updates but Windows shows no more updates.

is there any program to uninstall old junk updates those were replaced by new ones???

The Windows automatically creates. Restore Point before installing so

U can roll back to older restore point and shall do whatever desired
