Uninstall the last soft you have installing.

Or buckup the system to an earliar point.

I take it you didn't watch the vid then ?, as it's an IPV6 related issue, so neither of your suggestions would actually be of use.

Launch a command prompt and enter the following :-

netsh interface teredo set state disabled

Change disabled to default to enable it again.
