I would understand it if it was really expensive like 1500-2000$ for what reason ever, but doing a fundraiser for 200$ vet costs is just sad. You compare a cat to software. If you never had a dog/cat then you won't understand.Would you adopt a child even though you are not able to buy any clothes for that child?I am just saying, stop getting cats/dogs if you don't have enough money to provide for them. Come back to the real world, where you can become jobless or homeless overnight and where every cents is important.PLUS, depending of the diagnostic she might need treatment and special "medical" foods for life and it's very costly. I really hope it's nothing bad…A bit offtopic but it may be helpful: sometimes it may be only a food issue since cats are carnivorous and 98% of the foods you find at the market contain mostly grains; they don't/hardly digest and they become ill because of that !
