dcs18
i have windows7 ultimate x64 with Nvidia GeForce 210 (1Gb). do i need it? i think it is not for me.If I remember right - the last working stock driver version for the nVIDIA 210 graphics card was v340.52 (I could be wrong, though.)I have AMD, on my system - what I remember is from a Customer's Desktop. freeforever03
GeForce Experience versions 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 are both crashing on my system.
Spiffy
it seems it will only crash once you click the Drivers tab, re-installing or updating (2.2.3) will do no good too. but here's a workaround i got in the nvidia forums. However, at least there is an easy way to get out of the drivers tab to stop the program from crashing (it will only crash in the drivers tab) When you open GFE, click the icon in the task bar once immediately after it appears. Wait until the error message shows. You should be able to navigate in your GFE window to another tab. Click OK in the error message, the app will close. When you start it again, there should be no error. This does not solve the update issue though, since you can't use the drivers tab.
lurch234
Being somewhat of a seasoned gamer I have no problem saying that GeForce Experience is useless software. Its only an open door to let Nvidia have a look a your computer specs. Much faster and easier then surveys wouldn't you say ;)Out of experience you're better off googling " [game name] graphic mods or tweaks ". The answer to a fine tweaked game lies in the .config files and there are lots of enthusiasts to help you there! These .config tweakssaved me from some badly stuttering games in the past ( Far Cry 3 & 4 comes to mind)
