looked at the pictures and video form passengers involved...looked to me like a lot of people were talking to God for the very first time....and i mean that in a good way :D

They should give passengers a choice in that situation, parachute or helmet or both.

But I guess the flight crew might too easily opt for the parachute ride too often.
