Help me to properly create YouTube channel

Tried to create YouTube channel, steps I took:

1. Created Gmail account

2. Created YouTube channel

After I clicked My Channel link it asked me to create YouTube channel again, but why? Now I have these and I can't get rid of these:

So how on earth I should correctly create YouTube channel, one Google account, one Google+ account and one YouTube channel.

1. Go to https://plus.google.com/ < should automatically switch into your original default G+ account that has same name of your Gmail Google Account & Picasa web albums (might not be true if you didn't enable G+ before creating YT, because it used to be mandatory to setup G+).

Default G+ that's linked to Gmail and Picasa should give option to find & add people into circles (should suggest people who you have sent email before) > https://plus.google.com/u/0/people/find < if you create new YT Channel then it's G+ shouldn't have that option to add people from your Gmail mail / contacts list.

Change profile picture or name to know that this is 100% default G+ linked with Gmail. Although new linked YT have separate G+ created automatically, as it's written in > https://www.youtube....nnel_redirect=1

2. If want to get rid of extra channel then go to https://www.youtube.com/account_advanced < select delete channel > https://www.youtube.com/account_close

I still have same problems, I removed G+ account but that didn't removed YouTube channels, tried to remove YouTube channels one by one but didn't work. Argh you Google, why you have to be so hard.
