Administrator Matt Posted December 7, 2014 Administrator Share Posted December 7, 2014 SmartFTP allows you to transfer files across the Internet. It features an Explorer-like, customizable interface and supports drag-and-drop functions. Multiple FTP connections can be opened at the same time, and you can copy files from one remote host to another (FXP). Remote-host directory information is cached for future viewing, and FTP URLs are supported. Other features include a Favourites list; the ability to resume broken downloads; a global history; background transfers; proxy support; a passive transfer mode; and the ability to perform recursive downloads, uploads, and deletes. Thanks to thylacine for the update.Download
Stig
Do many people still use FTP these days?I remember many years ago when I used to use it, but I have no use for it these days. There are many other options now.
PistalPete
I haven't used Ftp to share files. As a matter of fact, I haven't set anything up to share files at all. May I ask Stig what is your preferred option now?
