HX1
This could be caused by a network error.... (especially if this account is linked to a specific Microsoft account...)states the operation failed in several instances in several applications.. Try bing.. and a few other search engines.... If that fails there are ways to actually go in and change this with a boot disk... but all at your own risk

Kalju
If you want to get help, you talk a little bit more, which is the question.Whether you can not log in using this account, which was used for Windows activation?Does anyone else can login, but still showing the same fault codes? Will the same error code is visible, even if you want to open or edit any Windows app on Start page - I mean Microsoft app, the others should work, but only Microsoft apps don't work. For example You cannot refresh Bing app weather data etc.If you would like to get help, please tell all, what You can disclose.Do not do something you do not know exactly. broascadilie
Is Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant turned on in Local Services? How to search for that ?
Kalju
Thru the Control Panel, you can change only the local user name and password, but otherwise you have to go to the internet and then open it in Microsoft account, which is registered in Windows. Ie it can be outlook.com, hotmail.com, etcNow, if You change there Your account password, then is automatically changed also Your pc online account password.. It cannot be changed locally over the Control Panel.

broascadilie
Who is the administrator of the pc? Is it your cousin, or you?The only other thing I can suggest is check if User Profile Service is running. Same location as before. It is running.I am the admin with no other guest acc made or anything like that.

Kalju
I get the same error even after ON.Then I can tell you, that your Windows is corrupted. And there is only one drug which help. It's new and clean installing. In fact, I knew this already when I saw yours fault code, but here is a lot smarter guys. So, listen to my advice and do not waste more time. This error isn't repairable by any other way.
