Karaoke with score software

Is there a Karaoke with score feature software that is hopefully able to play all KAR, ST3, MK1 and MIDI files that you can recommend?

I do not want a site-based service.

All I know is old programs that run *.kar or use *.mid files. I'm guessing that's not what you're looking for? Something like vanBasco's Karaoke Player - stone age stuff but... Let me know if you want it & can't find it & I'll send you a copy.
