Now I am gambling, but - just check within your Firefox (whether someone has added a proxy, within your Network settings. yXZVmpE.gif

i have little doubt that its related to system file corruption but you never know

would suggest you download and do a new install of any of your browser and then see if the error is reproduced.

my choice would be downloading portable FF....

check and see SSL settings in your AV,like said before most certainly a certificate error issue.

reboot your PC in safe mode with networking and see if you are able to browse the site.

if even in safe mode they aren't opening, then I am out of ideas.(probably a reinstall windows)

if it works in safe mode, then we know it's your system settings that's damaged

@rach forgot to tell you I did a total reinstall of all browsers on the affected pc and still same results.

I didn't delete their profiles and haven't tried portable browsers.

@nIGHT
I restored system image to the state which I could use all the browser with no problem but now the problems still exist
this makes me a bit crazy

stick with Chrome for now :)

If this is the case, that does not work in IE and FF, but Chrome is running, then the error on your system. If you checked the system files and got the result, that the error was not found, it is not yet sufficient evidence, that all system files are ok.

But it is clear, that the error is in your system.

If do not work FF and Chrome, but works in IE, it would be a different story.

Now think of yourself, will You wasting more time, or will do a system refresh. It's very simple.

What I have done so far:

- Run command

netsh winsock reset c:\winsocklog.txt (Enter)

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt (Enter)

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /displaydns
net stop dnscache
net start dnscache
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

- Disable firewall

- Checking rule of firewall that could block the site

- Disable all security systems (and add-ons) temporarily

- Install the affected browser/s temporarily, to a fresh new profile without any add-ons

- Checking hosts file

- Full scanning with EAV, MBAM, Hitman

- Run Firefox with Safe Mode

- Restart modem

- Refresh windows

- Restore system image (to state which all browser run with no problem)

firefox is okay with ZenMate

only blink-based browser work fine

no problem with other network connection (in this case, I tested it with tethering from phone)

I can't access microsoft, facebook, google, youtube, dropbox, softpedia, and could be more (still unknown)

If you caught the malware and found the vulnerability they are exploiting means a lot of cash.

MS and Google are rewarding anyone who can report and present vulnerability in their products. B)

Firefox? I don't know if they offer the same.

did that but still not good.

I guess you did not understand me correctly. You need to completely re-install Windows, not to use any System Image.

After all, you do not know what (state) it is.

I used System Refresh feature from Windows 8.1. Sorry, I didn't understand that you telling about re-install Windows.

@rach

System restore is different from installing OS.

This is what Kalju means.

System restore might not delete system data that probably stores these anomaly.

He could be right. I agree with his proposed solution. :)

anyway it just been solved. I use IP static and disable TCP/IPv6 after read this and this and now all is well :)

thanks guys :)

@rach.. Glad to see you found a solution to get you “up & at em” again.

Although I am a little late in viewing this thread, you may well have been suffering from what looks like the common symptoms of a corrupted ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) cache. This can often be overlooked in network connection troubleshooting.

For future reference should this ever re-occur…..Go to the command prompt as Administrator, type netsh interface ip delete arpcache and press the “enter” key.

http://www.tech-faq.com/clear-arp-cache.html

If it does not assist at least you can cross it off the troubleshooting check list.

Best regards
