Video to Picture is a fun software application designed to provide you with an efficient means of creating image sequences or GIF animations, by extracting frames from your favorite movies, music videos or YouTube clips.The program lets you pick the preferred output size and interpolation option if you want to rescale the output file. In addition, you can also select the frame rate (the default setting being at one frame per second). On the other hand, a negative aspect of Video to Picture is the fact that it does not allow you to select specific frames to use when creating a GIF file.
As for the output format options, you can either convert your video to serial pictures or an animated GIF file, depending on your preferences. In the case of the former, you have the ability to set the output image quality, while the latter enables you to also add a time delay to your GIF animation and dither colors.
Moreover, in the 'Effects section', Video to Picture offers you a series of filters that you can apply to your file, allowing you to 'Brighten', 'Sharpen', 'Invert', 'Blur' or 'Emboss' the resulting images, whatever you need to make the pictures more beautiful.
