Don't know why I can't get the setting on the "reply box" on each bottom of thread since some weeks ?

But this problem doesn't reproduce on my laptop, nor on my office's computer.
I check "my settings" for the forum, but nothing to set. What's wrong ?

And this happends also on this "posting a new topic box" :

Try this

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /displaydns
net stop dnscache
net start dnscache
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Change your DNS Prefered Alternate

eg open DNS

Restart your router by switch off and wait some time switch on

If you're using AdBlock / Adguard Disable on nsaneforums.com

Also Check your Java script, Mine Disable Java content in browser.

it's happens to me a month ago. Now I'm Just Uses FireFox 34 Beta 7

I never use Chrome, for Translate using S3 add-ons work great everywhere.

it's annoying you enough, Normal Reply Box

Try clearing your cache

I've done this several times, but unsuccesfully result.

Also sign out, remove cockies for nsane, sign in , ... but I don't want to burn my computer and buy a new one !!

Did you try disabling add-ons such as NoScript, Adblock, Ghostery, Adguard, etc., etc, to identify the culprit - you may have to restart your browser to be able to see the effect. ;)

From your list I only use Adblock Plus. I gave a try disabling ABP, but no change.

And as I said, I use a clone version of FF 33.0.3 on each machine and this problem only occur on my home computer .... Bizarre !!

Just updated to FF 33.1.0 but still same problem.

Disable your AV and firewall temporarily and check.

Restart firefox with all addons disabled and check.

Run Ccleaner and clean your system junk files (that includes firefox files too) and registry and check.

Revert back to previous version of firefox and check.

Forward to beta version on firefox and check.

@ dcs18 : didn't change when using any of the board themes

@ rach : same with or without admuncher

@ rudax: Eset Smart Security disabled or enabled --> no change. Firefox without any addons --> no change. I didn't test your other solutions !

@ iih1: DNSchanger ... changes anything on my problem. I tested yesterday with a portable Chrome but same.

Thanks all for your effort, I appreciate this much. If it's annoying, I will survive !!

I'm now writing on a fresh FF install with new profile, but still no "Reply box" settings.

Revert back to my old profile.

@ rach and rudax : Thanks for your explanation ... javascript is enabled.

Back to office : on this computer all works perfectly. :)

So I think something wrong could come from the OS or any sofware's setting on my home computer :(

see if changing browser brings the desired effect.

This is caused by a script on your computer not loading, as a result the editor reverts to a different mode.

There is unfortunately little we can do to fix this, other than making similar suggestions to those above.

Could you please post:

Webbrowser (+ Addons)

Security Software Present

Windows Version

Even the hosts file and IP blocker softwares.

Webbrowser (+ Addons)

Security Software Present

Windows Version

Firefox 33.1 and many addons (but same on my other computers)

Eset Smart Security 8.0.304 French and TNod for licence

Windows 8.1 [64] French

Even the hosts file and IP blocker softwares.

hosts : I don't think the problem is coming from this file

IP blocker : none

Thanks for you help.

I think the problem is coming from my home computer, as I have same software and settings on the others computers (laptop and office's PC) and I haven't this trouble on these 2 others PCs.

@ Lite : you spoke about script : which one and where to find it ?
