Cyberghost service outage

Cyberghost VPN service is currently offline

getting the message "Could not establish a secure connection to the Cyberghost5 network"

After ALL the free giveaways, its somewhat expected

last week, 12 month promotion key give me only about 3 month premium, expiring 05 Jan 2015

server status showing wrongly formatted php code

website is unavailable(at the time of posting) for a screen shot

forum in maintanance mode

facebook comments

paid users are f*

So it is EVERYONE.

When it said access revoked I thought my key got burned.

Their client on OS X and 2 Windows machines is FUBAR.

I've never had much luck with this VPN. The damn thing always does the anonymity test failed.

What are some more reliable VPNs that are cross-platform?

people get panic so fast..

nothing like this will happen atleast with cyberghost....it may be some server issue,,,but it will be solved as soon as possible.. hardly it will take 12hrs.

me using/tried cybersghost free,paid,promo,special edition...from nearly 2yr now...never faced anything like this.

What a Catastrophe. One could always install CyberGhost and Steganos online Shield on the same machine. They do not like each other. If one uses Say CyberGhost and then wants to switch to Steganos, Steganos will have to repair itself and then is all ok. Or if you do it Visa Versa it will do the same thing.

I don't know about Steganos online Shield but to avoid the conflict I suggest that you try using CyberGhost VPN with the portable OpenVPN client.

Portable apps when used are not tied to the Windows OS therefore no conflicts of such will happen.

Just a thought.

Ive been using it quite a while the last time there software updated it was to fix the heartbleed bug it had nothing to do with fixing this issue with the vpn dropping every now and then. Witch I think is quite conman in vpns because they make software and p2p clients that can turn off your upload/downloading just in case it does.

I've bundled a couple of CyberGhost VPN 12 Months Free Promo Service with the portable OpenVPN Client for my personal use. This is because - amongst others - the keys has to be redeemed before the 30th of October 2014.

The advantage of making CyberGhost VPN portable is that I could put it in a thumb drive together with my portable web browser and carry it wherever I go. It's not only convenient but also a safe and clean way to surf the net anonymously anywhere without leaving any traces behind.

If you want it, please let me know and I'll PM you the portable CyberGhost VPN bundle which I've created. This is however on condition that you first log into the presets CyberGhost account to change the Password before use. Please note that once the CyberGhost VPN bundle leave my hands, I'll not be held responsible for anything whatsoever.

Please bear in mind the risks that you'll be taking before requesting for the portable CyberGhost VPN bundle.
