RMA question

Hi Guys, Stupid question time.. I have never dealt with an RMA before but I was told to make sure the number is written on the outside of the box. By RMA, does that mean the company I bought it from is paying for the cost of shipping it back to them?

Plz let me know,

thx

most you pay there they pay back all you put the RMA number on the outside is so they can relate it to the ticket for YOUR RMA as most palces have different guys for different RMA's

My Wholesaler is very good they sort collections and once tested returns but that's because obviously I do it as a business (sort of supposed to be winding down for my retirement now that's a bloody good joke)

RMA is just Return Merchandise Authorization. They wont accept packages that don't have such number on the label usually.

Usually unless they email or send you a prepaid label to return it you pay for shipping it.
