LeeSmithG
today is 07th Nov 2014 but no sign of Advanced SystemCare 8 Pro http://www.iobit.com/asc8share.php http://www.iobit.com/products.php IOBIT are such drama Queens. They have done this with every version since 2. Beta 3 still disables homegroup in services.msc I did inform them of this and their spelling errors as a beta tester. LeeSmithG
It's finally released at their website. They ignored my suggestions, I re-wrote to them. It's here: Hello. Advanced Systemcare 8 (the newest build) is still doing what the beta's did. Which is to disable the services below. Peer Networking Grouping (p2psvc) Peer Networking Identity Manager (p2pimsvc) Function Discovery Provider Host (fdPHost) Function Discovery Resource Publication (FDResPub) These are very important for running a homegroup. You must understand a lot of users don't understand this and when their homegroup fails will not be happy to find out it's your software doing it. I was a beta tester for you (unpaid) I took the time to contact you telling you about this and the spelling mistakes and you have chose to ignore me. Please sort this out.
