[ Help ] KIS 2015 Issue !

Laryy

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have an issue with KIS 15.0.1.415.

When I have accessed some websites with ssl certificates (https), like google, yahoo, my online banking account ( ing ) ,etc. Kaspersky says that it isn't a secure connection.

When I have deactivated temporary kis protection everything worked fine.
This issue appeared about 2,3 days ago.

There are any tips to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

This problem is usually if using Firefox and Chrome if is installed Adguard and the settings are incorrect.

You have not recently installed Adguard?
The problem here is that you must disable filtering for https sites, and that's all.

I haven't installed yet adguard.

Usually, I am making an image backup for c partition at a month.

Into the system image I haven't installed adguard.

Always I've installed adguard after I restored the system image in order to get everytime the six months promo. :D

Did you check whether your system date is correct?

this one could cause it but kaspersky shouldn't effect it !

in this case its probably one of ur softwares like adguard

can u list all ur softwares that u use (even the portable ones!)

Its not only you . . . But I am also facing this problem from last 2 days while opening mail.google.com and google.com from firefox . . . . .time always gets updated with windows timeupdade +05:30 . . . in other browser opening those two sites does not make any problem . . but whenever I try to open GMAIL + GOOGLE SEARCH ( only these two sites) . . . Then firefox shows the warnings of Untrusted connection -_-
