@ november_ra1n - Thanks for your reply. But I'm getting this error in Firefox, IE, Opera. When I try to open Any website. Torrent is working fine but sites are showing this error.

Is There something wrong with my PC or net?

Torrent does not use HTTP. That is browser specific. I use a vpn and get this error when a server is congested. To trouble shoot you need to look at the type of connection you have and the amount of bandwidth. If it happens on one site, try several other sites like msn, or google, ones that are known to work. Narrow down your torrent client upload & download speed. If your uploading to fast this slows your connection as much as donwloading to fast does. Shut off your torrent when it happens and try again. A bad adblocker, antivirus can slow your connection as it examines each packet of data, the 5.09 version of AdGuard did this on my system, 5.10 I purchased! Test your connection thru put with SpeedOf.me. This is a speed test site that is more accurate. Trial & error

@ Smoore - I'm was using ADFender. now removed it.

edit - I'm also using Bitdefender Internet Security 2011. But never seen such problem in net.

My net is working fine in speed test.

@ A.lemane - Firefox and new opera also showing same error.

edit - I can't surf net, every time i need to refresh page to view site. :(

anything else can i do for fixing this problem?

You need to eliminate your internet connection as the problem. If it's not your internet then a fresh install of Windows is a cure. I could give you alot of things it could be, spyware, software conflict, even a bad or incorrect driver.

Borrow a pc or laptop and use it to verify your internet provider is not the issue. If you have a linux distro, boot into a live session and try to browse online.

If your internet works fine,I would do a fresh install and reformat the drive from the Windows install for good measure to make sure there's no virus lurking.

Every seasoned Windows user knows sometimes things get borked and it's time to reinstall.

Make a backup of your fresh install with Acronis
