TheAslan
I'm not sure what is causing this annoying issue but when I'm browsing the internet with Chromium 40.0.2189.0 x64 portable my internet connection cuts off, when I use IE and Firefox this won't happen. I have 100/10 optical fiber connection. I can't remember the exact build when this network cut off started, but I do remember that 40.0.2179.0 didn't have this issue. Can you guys repro this issue? This is same exact build which I have:https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/299460/With this build I have also serious YouTube video buffering issues, it might be network related issue I assume. So if you guys can give this a test run I would be extremely happy, if you have any network related issues please leave a reply so I can create new Chromium Issue to Dev's. That's the website I use daily basis, I just pasted that website because it was identical to that which I have now. Tried to disable Kaspersky Protection, didn't help. Although my internet connection does not cut off anymore, but I still have major YouTube video buffering issues, all the other websites works correctly. I think Intel HD Graphics (the latest driver from post #4) has something to do with this lag issue, but that's kinda harsh accusation.

No more buffering problems.https://github.com/YePpHa/YouTubeCenter/wiki
