I tried to download some files from PutLocker yesterday, and couldn't do it, and so far it isn't working at all. I read this on RealDebrid's FB's page:

It appears that the hoster Firedrive.com [formerly Putlocker.com] (and consequently Sockshare.com, their second website) has been hacked or seized as illustrated in this screenshot where all hosted files (regardless of their type) show a random trailer video of Warner Bros., Universal, Columbia Pictures, etc.

Time will tell, I guess.

Many people buy accounts from firedrive as well as many free users and there not even nice enough to make and official statement on Facebook on whats going on . Same as when muiltupload, went down again some months ago and started redirecting to ads, they never said why come but I feel like it was because there host leaseweb got sued for having illegal content on there servers . I would be careful at spending any money on filelockers atm . They could take your money and vanish without a trace.

No, do you know how many people paid for an account there or used it as backup solution and had trust into it's functionality? They don't stay silent for that long only to change TOS, they could have announced that already. That doesn't make sense. No one can access accounts or files, you could easily fill a lawsuit against them for breach of contract or fraud/scam, because they took everyones money and they let everyone in silence about what the fcuk is going on. People wanna have a.) Their money back they paid or b.) Their files. Most of them will forget about the hoster and move on. Trust is gone.
