DaTaRebell Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Neither Kernel, Driver- nor File-System is changed till now.. and isn't proposed for the RTM next year.At least.. in the RTM coming 2015 you'll find Win 10 with IE12, Cortana and the new Start-Menu.And only the changed Start-Menu is functionally enabled in the Preview now.All other changes are discribed by MS.
