PiP0Z0
AMD AVT is Installed with the video drivers, often in an update, for certain AMD graphics/video cards, this file is part of the Catalyst Conversion part of the software and enables, for example video drag and drop when editing or developing videos and uses OpenCL to do so. Accelerating video transcoding using the GPU provides quicker video transcoding with lower CPU usage by providing fast UVD decoding and GPU-based resolution scaling.AVT is a combination of hardware and low level software to convert H.264 and MPEG-2 video sources, up to 1080p resolution & bitrates. AVT leverages all resources in the system, including UVD and compute processors to accelerate the overall process, while keeping CPU usage and low levels for a balanced and responsive PC. Not all computers and video cards are compatible with OpenCL. Please note that the way the command is written, the black Command window will flash open when booting. I unchecked it on mine system since updating to the latest driver because of a start-up error I was receiving "kbdsync.exe has stopped working". It may or may not be bit laggy depending upon the user's Machine configurations. It doesn't seem to have any adverse effect though. ;)
