csmdew
I got 1 disk that is starting to run hot and I want to clone it to a newer hd and make bootable. What is the easiest program to do this; yrs ago I used Norton Ghost and it only took about 5 mins for a perfect bootable hard drive, need something that easy again, thanks. dcs18
Personally, I use Acronis True Image Premium for my cloning purposes - nothing easy about it, though. And oh, just an heads up - I would rather stress upon file integrity than the time frame. Chancer
I've had success with Acronis - especially when moving to a different size disk.
Dodel
Ghost works just fine still, I use it constantly in work... however my flavour of choice at home is and always has been Acronis, which I boot from a USB stick, works perfectly every time. csmdew
Thanks for the help; seems I should just copy from old drive to new drive since I will put it in service immediately after switching disk.
