Check. Connect. Repeat.

It would have been nice, I had thought at some point in the past, if my Internet browser can actually get me to the correct site I wanted to go to regardless of whether I missed a letter or two while typing its URL on the address bar.

Any User of online banking who depends on typing URLs is a walking, one-way invitation for phishing attacks. Z0H7kHA.gif

I have all my stuff Bookmarked.

I worry more about people getting scammed via e-mail.

Spam filters are OK but I've had fake Amazon emails slip through and look extremely legit, while 99% of stuff is obvious crap to me.

I knew I didn't order anything though that time so I just deleted, and with all the extensions I have if I did click a dodgy url, that site wouldn't be able to load any shady stuff and I'd get wise to the bad URL ASAP.

My banking URLs and all my sites and forums are bookmarked into RoboForm and hard-coded with NoScript against re-directions.

Typing is for n00bs like the Author of this article.
