Boops
Is it really an option as protection? Slows the OS? Do you avoid data encryption that can use information you have on your hard drive if someone via remote access? Is the exchange of files and information delivery are affected by encryption? That other non-invasive options, we have to protect ourselves from information theft? Edited August 8, 2014 by Boops

Boops
I've thrown it on laptops, but I'd bet for sure NSA has it backdoored. So we can not escape from being spied on.I have read that encryption BitLocker with TPM is the safest, should we combine it with another procedure? If an infected file (virus) is placed in the drive encrypted by BitLocker,Do not recognize antivirus? Misaki2010
I use BitLocker on a VHD file. I made a VHD file, with a size of 5GB (don't need more than that) and I keep some important stuff for myself in there, but I never thought about using it on my full system. Boops
I've thrown it on laptops, but I'd bet for sure NSA has it backdoored. So we can not escape from being spied on.I have read that encryption BitLocker with TPM is the safest, should we combine it with another procedure? If an infected file (virus) is placed in the drive encrypted by BitLocker,Do not recognize antivirus?TPM is likely backdoored what with the US push and quick usage by MS.You have to trust the software though, the most secure hardware in the world is useless if the software is purposely Swiss Cheese.I use BitLocker on laptops and it will work as long as whoever's screwing with it isn't the NSA. So someone stealing it isn't getting shit off of it.Do you use BitLocker in the entire hard drive? As you already know, Kaspersky, Norton, are suspect (says the Chinese government) to assist in the delivery of information to their governments (Russian and American). Does using BitLocker, it difficult them ?. Are Hackers can exploit this vulnerability in antivirus for your own benefit? Why users of these Suites Antivirus, still use them?
