dcs18
That is a really strange error which unfortunately has never happened to me. Just a few questions:--What did you install 32-bit or 64-bit?How was it fixed - serial or patch? When does it happen - starting up, receiving, browsing mails, sending or shutting down? dcs18
Well OK, so we'll be beginning on a blind note. For starters, can you try creating exclusion rules for TheBat.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\The Bat!\TheBat.exe) from each one of your Security System, such as - behavioral blockers like HIPS, SandBoxie, Anti-executable and then, AntiVirus, Anti-spyware, firewall, etc., etc.

jack
Were you able to create those exclusion rules?Did the above-mentioned issue happen after creating those rules?Sadly yes,the issue is triggered when i create a new mail account, instead of the serial, using the patch could solve the problem?do you have the link for the patch? dcs18
Nope don't use the patch - the serial is fine. Now, just follow these steps below, very carefully - don't worry, you won't lose your mails or any data:--01.) Shutdown The Bat! - ensure that it is not running in the background as a process02.) Navigate to C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming and backup The Bat! Pwd directory (it contains your mail data)03.) Reboot04.) Backup the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT] from your registry05.) Uninstall The Bat! without using any 3rd party Uninstaller06.) Reboot07.) Delete the C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\The Bat! Pwd directory - if it exists08.) Delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\The Bat! directory - if it exists09.) Reboot10.) Install a fresh copy of The Bat! Professional11.) Activate your copy12.) Run your new installation and observe (for some time) whether you are receiving any of those errors while creating new accounts13.) If all goes well, just import your [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT] into your registry and restore the C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\The Bat! Pwd directory Edited August 6, 2014 by dcs18
