Diego T.
Well, I follow Mazigh instructions and got my laptop scanned, got back the results for some chipset drivers from ATI and AMD, but no network drivers, even when I deleted the new drivers and let the scanner scan with the default drivers. However, after downloading those chipset drivers and installing them I'm getting speeds between 17-20MbpsI have rebooted several times and see its behavior on the last 2 days and the speed have not dropped. I'll give feedback on Tuesday.
rudrax
You can check Group Policy for QoS settings where there will be an option called something like QoS packet scheduler reservable bandwidth. You can Enable that setting and set its value to zero to see if that makes any difference.
