Therru
Is it possible to get Windows 7 to remember DNS settings? I use OpenDNS. Do I have to manually edit the network settings in every boot or is there any way to permanently change them? There's always .bat option:netsh interface ipv4 set dns "Local Area Connection" static 208.67.222.222netsh interface ipv4 add dns "Local Area Connection" 208.67.220.220 index=2 Edited July 24, 2014 by Therru
Nastrahl
Once you configure your DNS servers in the window of your capture, it will be remembered. Edited July 24, 2014 by Nastrahl
Therru
When I restart my laptop and check that window those numbers aren't there.Sorry, ignore my previous comment above, it does remember those numbers. In the past when I had Mobile Broadband connection it didn't remember those numbers, now I have DSL connection and it does remember those.
