Knightmare
This error only happens when I'm using Glide64 May 8, 2012 version but when I click End Emulation in the File menu, the program will stop responding and doesn't take me back to the main screen. I tried to test this on an XP machine and the program works fine. So I tried running Project64 with XP compatibility but got the same issue. This is the only thing that I found in Event Viewer:The program Project64.exe version 2.1.0.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel. SPECTRUM
because Glide API was originally designed only for 3DFX video cards, and 3DFX video cards are no manufactured anymore since 2003, and the only way to use Glide API with others video cards is using a Glide API Wraper, thats why you need to install nGlide which is a Glide API wraper to make that API work in others video cards. you can read more about this here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glide_API Edited July 21, 2014 by SPECTRUM
