For some reason I can't download any license or fixes anymore from your site. It's acting really weird with IDM and if I disable IDM it (FF) just downloads "proxy.php" and not the license file.

Have a look at the FAQ! It'll most likely solve your issues :)

Can you tell me specifically with regard to Comodo Firewall what settings I need to modify?

Bizarre™

Try this:

1. Go to COMODO > Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy > Global Rules

2. Click Add, then:

Action: Allow

Protocol: IP

Direction: In / Out

Source Address: Single IP > 66.7.201.123

3. Click Apply, OK.

I'm using COMODO, and I'm behind Tor, but I'm not experiencing any problem regarding nsane's proxy.

Thanks, I played with various browser settings and EAV, and also updated Internet Download Manager to the latest version. I think the problems started when I installed the previous release of IDM. Anyway, it seems to be working again now for me, at least if I press a key to force downloading with IDM when I click one of the license or serial links.

If I continue to experience problems, the next thing I'll do is try the Comodo settings you listed above.
