rudrax
I use a dial-up connection connecting my phone via bluetooth for accessing the internet on my laptop.Today morning it I connected with same method. The connection gets established but no access to the internet. I thought that's a temporary ISP bug. Then after sometime, I tried connecting again. Gets connected fine but no internet access. I tried different ISPs with different phone modems but same thing - get connected to can't access internet. Then I called customer care. They told everything is fine at their side. And that is true too because If ISP successfully gets connected, that costs me 10KB of data and is is shown upon disconnection. Then I tried my phone modem to other PC. It works fine there. So, it is confirmed that the bug is with my laptop. Can anyone predict anything regarding the issue? dcs18
Did you try disabling WFC and then rebooting before trying to establish a fresh new session?

rudrax
I even tried installing Nokia Ovi suite. That isn't helping either.

Now I understand why PITA was unable to access the internet after installing WFC.OK, I'll try and report back soon.
rudrax
Yeah, you were damn right. WFC was the culprit. So, how to configure it so that it doesn't block my internet connection?Well, thanks :)
