VirtualBox 4.3.14

Recommended Posts

VirtualBox is an application installed on an existing host operating system; within this application, additional operating systems can be loaded and run, each with its own virtual environment. For example, several Linux distributions can be hosted on a single machine running Windows XP; likewise, XP and Vista can run on a machine running Linux, and so on. There is a free for personal or evaluation use proprietary version and a GNU General Public License (GPL) version.

Thanks to sternog for the update.

My advice would be to avoid this update for now. I can't start any of my VMs, even after completely uninstalling, CCleaning and reinstalling VirtualBox.

My own error:

Result Code:

E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Component:

Machine

Interface:

IMachine {480cf695-2d8d-4256-9c7c-cce4184fa048}

Seems when they tested this hardened security build they only tested it with built-in Defender.. because it errors out using any other 3rd party AV known Disabling your AV dont help ..there working on a fix for it .Poor testing from Oracle. :wtf:
