Recently I was banned in a different forum. The reason was- same IP address was tracked down to two accounts.

Here's the IP address: 93.115.90.226

I've no idea about the other account. That doesn't belong to me.

The Other account was never used. That person registered and then vanished. No activity after registering. Used the account only for 2 mins, no posts made. His registration was made in last December. I joined the forum in January. So basically he registered first. clear.png

I was actually pretty upset when I saw myself banned. So wrote a not so friendly email demanding proof. They did provide me a screenshot containg the matching IP address that I mentioned above.

Since I was rude to them, chances are I'll never be unbanned. That's ok with me. No problem with that.

The thing is, when I tracked the IP address I found this:

Does anyone have any idea what Voxility Srl is all about ??? Does any VPN service provider use their service ???

I've unrestricted premium access to Cyberghost, IPVanish, Astrill. I don't normally use them. I use them only to test certain things from time to time. Maybe I logged into that forum while I was testing the VPN. I'm not so sure. Can't remember.

When I tried to access their website, Adguard blocked it saying its a malicious website. Then I disabled Adguard and went to the site via a sandboxed browser but couldn't find much info. I think they give out dedicated servers with anonymous IPs or something like that. Not so sure.

Virustotal result: 2/57. Its most probably a false positive. Or maybe not. IDK.

Can anyone help me out ??? Does anyone have any idea what this Voxility Srl is all about ???

PS- I scanned my laptop with Eset Smart Security, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, HitmanPro and found nothing.

Voxility S.R.L is a server provider in Bucharest. Cyberghost S.R.L uses it. (SRL=limited liability company).

Yes you're right. Just found out that it's cyberghost. Cyberghost use servers from that company. Thanks a lot Alex.

TL:DR: Don't use Cyberghost. :P

Summary for you: If you use a VPN to access any forum, don't use the default IP address. Manually choose a different one. Or else, you might get :banned: :P
