Hello everyone, as the title says about my problem now. Almost all of my .exe application installed on my system having exact and the same problem as I run it in Administrator mode.

These method I tried to resolve the problem: (it won't work)

1.) deleting all the files in the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome folder - this wont work.

2.) Register the following Windows Media Center components

a. Click Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, then right-click Command Prompt, in the right click menu, please click Run as administrator.

b. Type the following commands, press Enter after each line.

regsvr32 atl.dll

cd C:\WINDOWS\eHome

ehSched /unregServer

ehSched /service

ehRecvr /unregServer

ehRecvr /service

ehRec.exe /unregServer

ehRec.exe /regserver

ehmsas.exe /unregServer

ehmsas.exe /regserver - this won't work.

3.) I scanned my system using Malwarebytes Anti Malware PRO and Anti-rootkit - this won't work but removes over 700+ found by malwarebytes and 2 from anti-rootkit.

I tried these another method of checking some malicious hidden activity: (suspecting some unknown apps)

1.) I checked on MSCONFIG under STARTUP these what I've found:
a. FreeAC
b. NCUpdateHelper
c. RadioRage Home Page Guard 64 bit
d. SearchSettings
e. YourFile Downloader Installer Starter
d. tcbhn

Note: All these apps mentioned above I cannot locate on my Programs and Features installed app lists. Please help if one of those are spyware or adware that needs to be remove and how.

Another method to check if the app having the problem is working: (this works perfect to me)
1.) Running the system in Safe MODE, rebooting by pressing F8 then by choosing Safe Mode with Networking.
a. I tried running all the application which having those Error and it runs perfect without having the problem - working in safe mode not in normal mode.

2.) This link I don't think it can help me: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...(v=WS.10).aspx
a. secpol.msc - I cannot find this on my system.

This is my system I am using:

Windows 7 Home Premium
i5 x64 bit
12 GB ram

Guys do you think this is virus activity I'm having on my system?

This problem may / may not be solved - however, that would be a ridiculous exercise.

Personally, I would not bother - rather I would opt for a full and clean Windows install. B)

With the apps you've listed at start up it would lead me to believe that your system is / was highly infected and this has corrupted your setup, the really only practical option here is to do a full clean format, and re-install your OS.

RadioRage Home Page Guard <- is an IE toolbar http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/RadioRage-Internet-Explorer-Toolbar-78881-program.aspx

YourFile Downloader Installer Starter <- is another IE Toolbar http://blog.anvisoft.com/hijackers/how-to-uninstall-yourfile-downloader-and-babylon-toolbar/

tcbhn <- is potentially linked to another toolbar for IE.

I would say that your system is screwed due to the above, but also these really only get installed on your system when people blindly click through application installers. If someone else uses your system, I'd look at locking it down further to help prevent this happening again, if it's only yourself that's using this setup, I'd advise you to take care what your clicking 'next' to when installing applications (un-tick the options for allowing the install of toolbars).

As you've already stated, you've tried removing these with Malwarebytes and it's finding over 700+ infections, when you do your re-install I would look at having Malwarebytes running on startup, so that at least you have a decent chance of stopping this happening again.

Just a thought as a last resort.

1 Scan your system from a bootable media such as kaspersky rescue disc

2 Do a sfc /scannow on an elevated prompt

3 reinstall net framework

Best solution at this state is as already mentioned a clean install

Best of luck

If a system is that much damaged and infected....its time for a fresh start Re-setup Your OS...

Always best option and you have a fast and stable OS again...

Choose a good image software to make backups so if shit hits the fan again ...you r able to switch back in time :)

maybe You can remove 90% of the viruses( if You are lucky) but traces and garbage will stay in Ya system and making it unstable n unsafe...

Do Your self a favour and...

DO A RE INSTALL!!

Sysinternals Autoruns

start Autoruns as admin, wait till scan, when is done go to Options - Filter Options and check just "Include empty locations" and "Verify code signatures"

press Rescan

after scan go to File - Save and save as AutoRuns.arn and upload it ssomewhere and share link here

also you can use PC Hunter under Examination tab, select all and click on Generate examination report and wait till finish, maybe a minute without Ring3 Hooks or about half hour with checked Ring3 Hooks (probably less on your system)

upload and share report here

Supremo Phantom

Win 7 Media Center has got corrupted. you will need to uninstall and reinstall it.

it will ask for a reboot after uninstall and attempt an automatic repair on restart. if it all goes well in the first attempt itself, you are probably sorted, else it may take a couple of errors and repeat restart and repair attempts.

if you have a good, clean, uninfected media for reinstalling, use that during the repair re installation.

I would say that today, the best choice for an infected system is BitDefender or Emsisoft.

Have you tried a full system scan with them?

If they can't handle your infected system, no other AV can...
