jalaffa
Process Lasso improves system performance, responsiveness, and stability during high loads through dynamic adjustments to process priority classes. It can also automatically terminate undesired processes, apply default priorities and CPU affinities to processes, limit the number of instances a process can have, and log all processes. It is not a task manager replacement, but does have task manager like capabilities to compliment its primary functions. Process Lasso runs on all editions of Windows 2000, XP, 2003, 2008, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.Thanks to thylacine for the update.Download

dcs18
I think I might have just found another bug. :think:What bug? :unsure:It is possible to terminate Process Lasso Pro's core engine with the help of Task Manager. :blink:Personally, have managed to ensure that my core engine cannot be terminated. :rockon:Gonna have a word with the Developers to find out whether this is by design or actually a bug. :dunno:

I also reported that if one installs Process Lasso with all the defaults, eg> to start at system start up etc. On the last version and maybe this one, one can not(or I could not )tell Process Lasso to exit. The icon disapears from the notification area but if one were to open task manager the both of them are still there.
