It is recommended that at least two, but you can do them as much as you want.

Of these, in this case, one is primary and the other is a logical (recommended).

Sizes may vary, but it is not recommended for very large Primary partition.

You could, after all, less used data store on another partitioning, but in this case your computer is noticeably faster if the primary is not very big.

For example: I have a 220 GB Primary. I use Windows Pro 8.1x64.

Use a good Partition manager to create 2 partitions - one NTFS and the other exFAT.

the problem is tht mac doesnt support ntfs,

Well, Mac can read NTFS - but, cannot write to it (exFAT is fully supported on Mac.)

It Depends On You r Need I prefer 250 GB aprox =250000 MB Partitions

i'm Not Sure About Your Problem since i don't Own Mac But Here Is A thought

Initialize Disk To GPT

Format It Using NTFS File Systems >>> Read /Write On Windows >> But Only Read On MAC

To Gain Write Access To The NTFS Drive Then You Need To Install NTFS Driver For Mac To Add Support For Witing & Reading From & to NTFS Drives In Mac

NTFS for Mac® OS X 11

Or Vice Versa if the main Usage Will Often Be On Mac Machine

Initialize Disk To GPT

Format It Using HFS File Systems >>> Read /Write On Mac >>Not Suppported On Windows

To Gain Write Access To The HFS Drive Then You Need To Install HFS Driver For Windows To Add Support For Writing & Reading From & to HFS Drives InWindows

HFS+ for Windows® 10

Of Course You Can Search & Find Medicine For The Software On The Web

Other Choice Mediafour MacDrive
