Now can i enable automatic updates?

Just click Start and start typing Windows Update and you'll see it right at the top of your Start Menu - this is how you open any program.

Don't worry - it won't, just use the following graphical illustrations and you cannot go wrong:--

There can not really anything wrong to do! Even if you want to do something different, you'll have a little think about how to make this happen.

On the contrary, I find find most people neglecting to use Custom (Advanced) during a Windows install - that's exactly the problem with those who install without thinking.

Can I now consider my win 7 is legal/legitimate/original or consider it as a pirated os since I used daz loader not a genuine key

Oh yeah, it's safe - an activation from the Daz loader is permanent and qualifies for Windows Update (Microsoft cannot discern piracy from your Daz activation.)

I used daz loader not a genuine keyIf everything is done correctly, you will get a completely genuine Windows.

The Daz loader does employ a genuine key. ;)

Wait a bit, you need to get approval from Windows. It usually come after installing first updates. And if not, then you did something wrong.

If everything is done correctly, you will get a completely genuine Windows. Daz is using to the Windows manufacturers issued keys.

Yeah right, Don2 has just flown to the Microsoft Head Quarters to get approval - they told him to bring along a proof of identity so that Windows can be his forever . . . . . . . . . . . . . and forever.

You probably do not need any special drivers

played couple of videos tells that doesnt require any drivers

also connected to wifi without intel wireless drivers ;win;

So then, what's your first impression about Windows 7?

less installation process than win xp

for win xp i need to install so many drivers takes lots of time :sadwalk:

i also observed its grouping similar ones into under one hood like folders ,firefox windows etc so that bar looks light :)

still early days ,need to know so many things :sadwalk:

you people tell me more about win 7 and i will try to learn and explore it :)

but win xp served me for almost 10 years and i badly miss it :sadbye:

Why you want to move from one discontinued product XP to another Windows 7 ??? Strange, if you can get Windows 7 run on your PC/laptop, you could well get Windows 8.1 (which is the latest) run as well. I suggest to go for it.

software compatible issues with win 8

for example i prefer utorrent 2.0.4 ahead of new version for several reasons :secret: ....forgot about win 8 iam wondering utorrent 2.0.4 is available for win 7 or not !?!

I don't know what reasons are you talking. But, the version 2.0.4 was released in August 2010, and if it can be run on Windows 7, it would certainly on Windows 8.1 too. In any case, you can run the softwares in 'compatibility mode' till you want to upgrade your existing software. Rest is your choice.
