Microsoft Toolkit Shows office is installed but actually it is not

i recently installed window when i checked in Microsoft toolkit it shows the option of uninstall office 2010 and office 2013 even though it is not installed...when i checked in product it shows product keys etc...i am surprised that i havnt installed office yet in this windows(previously both version was installed in previous windows in this machine) so why it is showing this type of false info in toolkit..follow images

The Uninstall is for removing traces and is always there. The other thing is built in KMS Keys you can check to view.

If you did a clean install there is no Office for sure, and an Upgrade install may have wrecked it beyond detection if you did that.

i completely formatted my partition before installing new windows in it so can traces will still be there now....and what that built in KMS keys you can check to view
