clubhouse
Hi,I have one of those 18 in one Windows 7 ISO's....I can obviously install whatever version of 7 I want via the DVD but, is there anyway I can copy for example Home Premium from the disc and create a bootable USB? Nima
Hello,Yes, you should export a specific index from the image and then create ISO together with other files. After that you have an ISO with your desired indexes and you can burn it to DVD or create a bootable USB by Rufus or similar softwares.Regards,Nima
iih1
Good suggestion Nima, Rufus more flexible or win 7 usb/dvd tool whatever your preferenceMight helped you some download linkRufus 1.4.6.440 (Download Page)http://rufus.akeo.ie/Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool: (Direct download)http://images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/clustera/framework/w7udt/1.0/en-us/Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe
geeteam
Well all the suggestions you gave out were the best, but I would like to emphasis on @iih1's suggestion. I wouldn't recommend exporting some index files before get a specific version of Windows you desire. (might be confusing...)I will recommend you get a bigger size drive (probably 8GB or bigger, depending on the AIO Windows file). Make a bootable iso for the usb drive then do a usual installations... :)

(NB! USB must be empty and formated) That's all.To start installing, it may be necessary to use drive selection using the BIOS menu. For the newer computers it is usually F12, older versions Esc, F1, F5, or Delete. Some pc may be otherwise. See yourself, what option you have. Rufus makes your drive bootable, that makes it easier for installation

clubhouse
Ah, thanks for the tips...I think I'll just load the whole lot, 64 and 86 bit varieties onto a bigger USB....They're all English and Russian languages as well!....I was hoping there was a software that had a wizard type of thing to allow you to select the flavour you required.....I'm not smart enough to pick out the files needed to make a single OS image.
