Windows 7 RTM in 2009 holiday season

I have some fantastic news for Windows fans and Windows Vista (me!) haters!

Microsoft have confirmed that they plan to release Windows 7 to consumers during the US holiday season in 2009! I have no idea when the 'holiday season' is but according to The Guardian it starts 1st November! Thats not all...since it takes 2 months for computer makes (Acer, Dell) to put RTM into the shelves, that means the RTM could be leaked online in early September 2009! :lmao:

At the Microsoft TechEd conference now taking place in Los Angeles, Microsoft senior vice president Bill Veghte said:

We're tracking well to deliver Windows 7 in time for holiday availability based on the groundswell of feedback we received from the partner ecosystem, customers and through our own internal testing from pre-beta to now

The Guardian: Windows 7 should be out before Christmas

I thought it was going to be on September, but in shops.

Anyway XP SP3 leaked from Technet is fine and clean 100%, so i hope it will be he same with Win7...
