Using a legit 11 version (Windows 7 64-bit). Do you have a key like this in your registry?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ CyberLink \ PowerDVD14 \ UserReg \ Upgrade

Value is set to 1

The key is present and value is already 1 but the blue up upgrade arrow is still inactive (greyed)

Some cracks of PDVD14 dont install this option.

Its disabled by default, maybe you want to buy this program ??

Well, same on my PDVD14.But if you click on PowerDVD, left-corner up,you can click on "upgrades".

Of course there are no updates, untill now, your using the newest PDVD14,but if they update it again you can check it by clicking on "PowerDVD".

I think its greyed out, because there are no updates for this time, if there are, it will

become bleu again.
