jalaffa
Using a legit 11 version (Windows 7 64-bit). Do you have a key like this in your registry? HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ CyberLink \ PowerDVD14 \ UserReg \ Upgrade Value is set to
tarekma7
The key is present and value is already 1 but the blue up upgrade arrow is still inactive (greyed) Edited April 13, 2014 by evan12

Pete 12
Well, same on my PDVD14.But if you click on PowerDVD, left-corner up,you can click on "upgrades". Of course there are no updates, untill now, your using the newest PDVD14,but if they update it again you can check it by clicking on "PowerDVD". I think its greyed out, because there are no updates for this time, if there are, it will become bleu again.
