I used @Sunstar patch and for me it does not work.

Here is my snapshots.

TW.png

As you can see there is an active session ma no channel using any license.

And after the end of the session I've got the message of sponsored session.

Here is the snapshot a true Premier License use.

niceeeee

Why do you want the patched exe where there's a working patch from sunstar ? :s

Get here --> //www.nsaneforums.com/topic/213763-teamviewer-9027614/?do=findComment&comment=771411

yeah, I know, but there are times that I have to use the portable edition,

and the patched exes work just great with the portable edition, but the patch doesn't always work (admin rights etc)

that's why I don't mind waiting for a few days for the patched exes to show up

btw, if anybody got a link for patched exes for the new version //www.nsaneforums.com/topic/216805-teamviewer-9028223/

please let me know

thanks in advance

First off, I thank you guys for sharing :-)

I normally use another remote desktop application but I can see some instances where TeamViewer would be a better solution.

Will someone explain how TeamViewer checks licensing and what Sunstar's patch modifies, please?

I ask because I had to install TeamViewer and apply the patch more than once to get it to work as Enterprise. I was hoping the patch could be applied to the portable version alone but I could not get the patched portable version to work as Enterprise by itself unless I first installed TeamViewer and patched it as well. I then uninstalled TeamViewer and the portable version is still working as Enterprise. How/why? What did installing TeamViewer and the patch modify on my system? I even used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the application and clean leftover files and registry entries and the patched portable version still works as Enterprise.

Thanks,

Mike
