There may be debris trapped under those keys that prevent them from making proper mechanical or electrical contact. Try vacuuming that portion of the keyboard. There are special attachments for regular hose-type vacuum cleaners that you should use that reduce the possibility of damaging your keyboard.

Otherwise, I would open up the keyboard, gently shake it out, then use some compressed air to dislodge any foreign material. If there is actual damage to that portion of the keyboard (from a heavy object dropped on it, for example), then you may have to replace the entire keyboard.

Firstly, ensure that your Num Lock is disabled.

Next, try either of the the following key press combinations:-

Shift + Num Lock

Fn + F9
