My suggest you just do this:

Unisintall your previous driver within your old VGA Card go here http://www.nsaneforums.com/topic/211609-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-1260/?hl=%2Bdriver+%2Buninstaller

Shutdown your PC, change your VGA Card with the new one, Turn ON your PC.

Re-Install your New VGA Card driver.

Done.

It will not hurt, pnputil -a *.inf will add the driver to the DriverStore/FileRepository so than when you insert your new hardware the driver will be automatically installed and you will have no setup crap
