can't modify tiles on start screen windows 8.1 update 1

Hi all...

yesterday i've tried windows 8.1 update 1 x64...

problem ;

before install all driver i can resize,pin to start,etc but after install all driver and restart i can't

right click not showing menu's (resize,pin to start,uninstall,etc)

why?and please help to fix it...

Note : all drivers already up to date in website my current notebook

Os : windows 8.1 Enterprise x64 update 1

Notebook : Lenovo g 405s

Procs : AMD A8-5550M APU with Radeon HD Graphic

RAM : 4096 MB

FYI, If you are using any custom themes then they are incompatible with the UR 8.1.1 Update! AFAIK, uxtheme.dll and other build 17031 libraries needs to be re-patched! (0nly applicable if you using 3rd party themes!)

You can Check with UxStyle whether the issue gets resolved 0r not? :s

Well, it is an official update? I don't understand why people try beta things, especially when it comes to OS.

i don't know if still beta or not but this windows more stable than windows 8.1 especially about usb problem

must be you, mine works fine, right click, resize, done...

sir,i.m not upgrade windows 8 to 8.1 but clean install Windows 8.1 AIO-S2014-x64-ESD-en-US.iso

How you can to do a clean install using some arbitrary AIO which is downloaded from the devil knows from where?

So thought I would try this update and see what issues I have....none so far. My custom Dell theme is working and also my Dell start screen. I don't know why some have issues and others don't but would be great to find the factor that effects them. Keep in mind this is done through the oobe.cmd file not manually picking pic for start screen and theme.

Update: Just customized my titles also so no issue there.
