toashishonly
Recently I discovered a Linux type os with great user interface.KALI Linux. Kali Linux is a Debian-derived Linux distribution designed for digital forensics and penetration testing. It is maintained and funded by Offensive Security Ltd. It was developed by Mati Aharoni and Devon Kearns of Offensive Security through the rewriting BackTrack, their previous forensics Linux distribution.Kali Linux is preinstalled with numerous penetration-testing programs, including nmap (a port scanner), Wireshark (a packet analyzer), John the Ripper (a password cracker), and Aircrack-ng (a software suite for penetration-testing wireless LANs).Users may run Kali Linux from a hard disk, live CD, or live USB. It is a supported platform of the Metasploit Project's Metasploit Framework, a tool for developing and executing security exploits.%5B2%5DKali Linux is distributed in 32- and 64-bit images for use on hosts based on the x86 instruction set, as well as an image for the ARM architecture for use on the Raspberry Pi computer and on Samsung's ARM Chromebook. At Least give it a try. majormalfunction
Kali is a fun distro. Really. You can teach yourself as much "interesting" stuff as you care to. Having a reference like that e-book is pretty much a must if you're just getting your feet wet. It's just too much fun to prove a point with or find an issue needing fixing. Example: Knows-everything-about-everything neighbor 2 houses away from me: "No one can crack MY wi-fi password. It's impossible to guess, it's really long..." ...uh huh...challenge accepted ;-) After 3 days of reaver, I stuck a post-it note on his front door this Saturday morning with his 16 digit wi-fi pass. He had wps left on (which I had told him to shut off a few times). Oops! pwned. He has now turned off wps and secured things, thankfully. Similar fun adventures can be had with Kali :-) It's still at version 1.06 I think. There's an amazing amount of hardware supported including chromebook, raspberry pi, and even galaxy note images.
