SlimRock
First Install GP-Z and check the version of drivers installed on your system.Check Here's mine:   how can i check.. now there is no driver installed.. you can still check the Graphics Drivers version though, Give GPU-Z a shot, always remember to install the drivers from Original Vendor in your case is Dell, if you are going to use the AMD link drivers then you will have consequences because each OEM vendor have different instructions of Hardware although the Device numbering is same! Dell hardware will have different instructions as they are optimized to be used with the specific hardware only. You can ask NSFfan OR Reyes (Sorry I am not sure b/w both of them) HP still dont have the optimized drivers for his lappy & he is still sticking with Older Iteration of windows!
