First Install GPU-Z and check the version of drivers installed on your system.

see the basic problem is lack of driver support from ur manufacturer so we need to find the best and stable driver for ur lappy, sum 1 in this forum posted how to find drivers using hardware id search that , i am also searching for the same.

you can still check the Graphics Drivers version though, Give GPU-Z a shot, always remember to install the drivers from Original Vendor in your case is Dell, if you are going to use the AMD link drivers then you will have consequences because each OEM vendor have different instructions of Hardware although the Device numbering is same! Dell hardware will have different instructions as they are optimized to be used with the specific hardware only. You can ask NSFfan OR Reyes (Sorry I am not sure b/w both of them) HP still dont have the optimized drivers for his lappy & he is still sticking with Older Iteration of windows!

For AMD Graphics... id= PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&SUBSYS_05EA1028&REV_00

For Intel Graphics..( not listed as I've already uninstalled it completely) only shows MS basic driver..

Now finally.. everything working fine..smiley_dance013.gif

Here's what I did..

- Completely Removed both the graphics driver thru DDU.. one by one..

- restarted the pc.

- Downloaded Both the Graphics driver from Dell website..

-First installed Intel then restarted, again installed AMD.. ,restarted

- Checked sleep mode and hibernation function.. working perfectly..

- Forced Adobe to run under performance.. launch the program and checked GPU usage thru AMD system Monitur... It was working...
